The UWC is hosting a meme-writing contest around the theme of writing or public speaking. The prize, a Kindle e-reader, will be awarded to the meme that gets the most votes on this website.
First, write a meme and enter.
- The contest is limited to Texas A&M students currently enrolled, with a valid UIN.? UWC?employees are not eligible.
- One meme and one entry per UIN.
- Any meme with an original caption illustrating the theme of writing or public speaking is eligible.
- Any meme deemed inappropriate for a university audience will be disqualified.
- Send your meme as an attachment ?(pdf?or jpeg) to uwc@tamu.edu.?Put ?UWC?Meme Contest? in the subject line. Include your name, UIN, current email address, and phone number with area code.? If we cannot contact you, your entry will be disqualified.
- The entry deadline for memes is 5 p.m., October 22, 2012.
Then, vote on a winner.
- Voting will open on the UWC website at 8 a.m. on October 25, 2012.
- One vote per current Texas A&M student. UIN required.
- Voting will close at 5 p.m. on November 1, 2012, and the winner will be announced no late than November 5, 2012.
The prize?
A Kindle e-reader.
