International Forum of Judicial Community starts in Minsk.

Its main topic is judicial protection of human rights in today's economic conditions. Heads of higher judicial organs, representatives of the International Union of Lawyers and the International Association of Bailiffs from 15 countries arrived in the Belarusian capital.

Sergei Shumansky reports: The International Forum of the Judicial Community started with a meeting of Presidents of Supreme arbitration, commercial and economic courts. Heads of legal departments from more than 15 countries, representatives of the International Union of Lawyers and the International Association of Bailiffs gathered in Minsk
On the first day of the forum a cooperation agreement between the Supreme Commercial Court of Belarus and the Supreme Court of Azerbaijan, as well as its counterpart in the Republic of Serbia was signed.

A panel discussion of the national approach to improving the efficiency of execution will be held today. As of today, commercial courts in Belarus are considering about 50 cases involving foreigners. Every year the number increases makes up several hundred a year. That is why international relations are given so much attention.

The main topic of the second day of the international forum will be judicial protection of human rights in today's economic conditions. It is planned that the participants will discuss current technologies and approaches of justice development in different countries, as well as efficiency and quality of judicial protection. In addition, the program of the forum will include an international conference and celebrations dedicated to the 90th anniversary of Belarus' economic justice.
