Why is it bad for the health of prolonged sitting?

If you saw last night, CTV in Canada, you will see that the government warns that workers sitting for long periods is not good for your health. This is an area that I talked about in relation to your bone health, but now the government is warning workers in countries such as call centers and computer workers, many diseases which were negative causing the downtime caused by prolonged sitting, are related.

The reason for this assertion is simplyOrganisms that are not used to inactivity. Our bodies are designed for the complex task of moving all of our physical body develops, and that creates physical activity in the muscles and all internal mechanism of our body.

If it's just sitting passively, while minimal exercise, our body slows down just right. The body will settle down, loses all of its internal physics that is involved with physical activity. The body will be internally settled;even if the digestive system is still in business, we have a lot of food and beverages.

Our lack of movement of the muscles means that our metabolism slows, which has a domino effect on our digestion, our heart and blood, our glands, liver, kidneys, etc. pretty much everything slows down, so that we learn to remain continuously in all systemic organs is stagnating.

Too many sugary drinks instead of water leads to diabetes because of the lack of activity of the movement. Theprevents the conversion of sugar into glucose to feed the muscle tissue, but is instead used to store company. Sitting for long periods will soon become a negative in the medical dictionary medical term, the long-term negative effects on our bodies in general. We need to counter and transform it into a sitting position, seat movement, which is easy if you think learning to sit "ergonomic".
