The T-Rex Workout - Action Hero Fitness

  • T rex was one of the largest meat eating predators
  • T rex had a septic bite
  • T rex had a well developed sense of smell
  • T rex didn?t back off when things got real? he powered through?

And that?s why T-Rex would have done this workout!

It?s been a while since I?ve done an interval workout but I?ve had this one tooling around my brain and I finally needed to get it out. This is an interval workout. set your timer for 16 rounds of 20/10. you?ll be working for 20 seconds, off for 10 seconds. During the 10 seconds, you?ll record your reps and get into position for the next exercise. You?re going to want to push as hard as you can. This is only 8 minutes of work:

The goal of this workout is maximum reps. Since there are 4 exercises and 16 rounds, you?ll do each exercise 4 times. When you get to the end, start right back at the beginning.
