Boxing is an ancient sport that dates back to ancient Egyptian, Greek and Roman Olympic Games. It has evolved into a fully professional sport with rules, weight classes, coaching, media and many fans!

Athletes train incredibly hard to achieve absolute power, strength and flexibility. Luckily for most of us are able to receive the benefits of boxing without ever actually hit someone. Or have a concussion!
