Sant'Egidio youth towards the World Youth Day in Rio / From Europe, Africa and Latin America, the Community of Sant'Egidio groups are travelling to Brazil to attend the World Youth Day with Pope Francis

They are?departing from various European cities, Africaand, of course,?from Latin America, the Sant'Egidio?youth who will?arrive?in Rio in the coming days for the World Youth Day, the first with Pope Francis.

?

?

In fact, the Day?develops?over a period of several days, July?24 to 28. But the week before, which?young Brazilians have called the pre-WYD,?is dedicated to missionary activities throughout the country.

?

?

?

An important moment,?which?wants to make young people aware of the issue which the Day?is dedicated to, which this year has a strong missionary mold: "Go,?therefore,?and make disciples of all nations" (Mt 28:19).

?

?

In this spirit, the Sant'Egidio?groups?organise?meetings, exhibitions, debates and moments of prayer in the cities?of Sao Paulo, Ribeirao Preto, Aparecida, Sao Carlos and Rio de Janeiro.
