You must genuinely want to leave Java behind to learn new technologies and are especially interesting in building 'in the cloud'. Working within a highly skilled agile team within a small company, we're looking for people who want more than 'just a job', you'll want to join a small, dynamic, growing business that's really going to stretch you as well as give you room to grow.

Fantastic and unrivalled opportunity to work at forefront of cloud based software and platform solutions, you will have a solid background in building of large web systems (from a Ruby on Rails, C# or Java background) and be want to break into the world of cloud based SaaS / PaaS

You will join a dynamic and agile team;

FULL CLOUD DEVELOPMENT TRAINING GIVEN
to deliver a SaaS product suite built on cloud platforms including Force, Heroku, Amazon AWS/EC2 and others.
to contribute significantly to the development team in terms of your skills, experience and your ability to lead across all these aspects.
customising platform integration, IDEs, interfaces
to build innovative features, working with interesting technology, meeting cutting-edge challenges and helping us improve our approach to software delivery.
To develop new Platform-as-a-Service technology at the forefront of application development: building and consuming services running on cloud platforms.

You will have;

a desire to move into cloud computing
5-8 years developing web-based enterprise technology stack such as Java/JSP/J2EE, .NET or Ruby-on-Rail
Experience in all areas of such system development, from interfaces to 'business logic' to the database, and particularly in systems integration; providing interfaces from your systems and integrating with others' interfaces.
Experience with practices such as Test Driven Development (TDD), Continuous Integration and LWiP are a distinct advantage.
Familiarity with Capital Markets or Investment Banking in general would be beneficial but is not essential.
Ruby-on-Rails is also a part of the technology landscape, experience of RoR has a distinct advantage
