Hays - London City: Internal Communications manager

As an Internal Communications Manager, you will be responsible for supporting and promoting the brand within our business.
They will build employee engagement through the effective delivery of information and corporate communications to employees, within their Support Services division.
You will own and deliver communications through the various existing channels and develop new channels as appropriate.
This role sits within the marketing team working alongside the external communications function to ensure overall consistency as well as drawing on each other's knowledge and expertise.

Knowledge and Skills required:
??Internal communications experience in organisations with geographically dispersed staff
??Experience of developing and implementing internal communications strategies
??Experience in delivering employee engagement strategies
??Experience of advising managers on internal communications challenges
??Experience of successfully managing projects, from start to finish
??Experience of successfully influencing staff at all levels within an organisation
??Experience of writing for a variety of audiences
